At first, building a company together wasn't the plan. Mélanie was deep in her world, beauty, and Viat's strengths were completely different.
But the bigger the company grew, the clearer it became that no one could carry it all alone. The vision, the ideas, the industry knowledge on one side. The real turning point came when we understood just how complementary we were, and how much stronger the business became when we built it together.
